With Jill, Phil & Chris. From Achnasaul.(8+km,670m).ger27/11/2023
From Achnasaul up the hydro track and then rougher path to 165930. Steep climb up the NW ridge which quickly gets you to the summit. Bit of sleet, windy and cold on top. With Jill R, Ger and CM. About 4 hours.bolton27/11/2023
Parked at Achuasaul. Along hydro / estate track to 430m, then up to summit. descent SW back to track. With Her, Jill R & PM.CJM27/11/2023
Parked at the old bridge. Hydro track until below summit then grass slopes up to cairn. Back same way. Solo.Dangerous Dave13/08/2023
Up the Hydro track. Open slopes tedious to the summit. 3hrs up and down.Play2End18/05/2023
Failed to do this Graham a while back after knee pain on the 2 Corbetts. This was a spare Graham in case of bad weather as I was travelling north. No problems apart from the slog up the track and then the pathless mountain and back. Weather was drizzle, no wind.Jhimmy20/03/2023
From Achnasaul.hils07/11/2022
Up the forestry track along the Gleann Cia-aig to bridge over river and then up N ridge. Descent down open slopes S and then SW to track leading to Achnasaul before pleasant walk along quiet road back to car.benalder28419/03/2022
Route similar to Nordicstar. Windy!iangalbraith05/03/2022
With Sal accommpanying her towards Corbetts. Loop from beyond summit made for better walk.davechaffey04/08/2021
from Achnasaul by Loch Arkaig. SMC return route out and back. 3 hours in total.IanHHill03/07/2021
With Matt, glorious autumnal day. Sunday of Langie Invergarry meet.Grinner20/10/2019
Clockwise circuit of 2 Corbetts + 1 Graham. Crossing the Allt Tarsuinn was surprisingly tricky after four very wet days. Crossed at about the 450m contour. Barely 2 metres wide but not safely jumpable and fast flowing and quite deep. Left foot stayed dry on a large rock but right leg went thigh deep with a walking pole bracing against the current. After that straightforward, just a steepish grassy plod in the mist. Fairly easy grassy slopes to return to the track back to Achnasaul.Owen B10/10/2019
From the Witches Pool, up the forestry track along the Gleann Cia-aig to Meall an t-Sagairt, across to Meall na h-Eilde and on to Meall Coire nan Saobhaidh, before doubling back to h-Eilde's west top and the big down and up to the fine ridge of Glas Bheinn. Got back on the forestry track by returning northwards to Coire na Cosaig, then eastwards to a dam over which it is possible to cross the Abhainn Chia-aig.summitter13/04/2019
Up from near Marine Harvest to 250m beyond dam, then up hillside, in 1hr 40mins. Descent by same route.willyross01/03/2019
A lot of snow in forecast so settled for a shortish day. In fact most had come overnight so though deep on ground, and very soft (knee deep and thigh deep in the odd place) weather during walk was good. Path on map from Achnasaul was in fact a good track (beneath the snow). After 2 km left track to head straight up ridge. Very pleasant, just a bit of wind on summit.dickscroop29/01/2019
G and Aarthurwhittaker19/08/2018
Used the access track at Marine Harvest and then onto the footpath which runs to the back of the hill. I then just struck up the hill and round to the summit. There was around a foot of snow on the hill so it was a bit of a slog. Baltic but blue sky.Peterb07/01/2018
Parked on the verge at Marine Harvest, up the hydro track, and continued to the end of the rough and wrecked stalkers path in search of the lovely snowy ascent up the north side. Stunning views, and very wintery. Splendid. Met Bill and Janet at the top, and walked down in their excellent company.Gill12/11/2017
Track along Allt Dubh then direct ascent to summit. Sunshine and showers, good views.RobertP09/11/2017
Parked at the old road bridge that crosses Allt Dubh. Solo. Walked up the new track constructed in connection with hydroelectric works. Continued beyond the intake to about 400m before making a rising rightward traverse on to the SW slopes. An eagle circled overhead as I approached the summit of Glas Beinn. Descended directly to the vicinity of the intake to join my outward route. It was a beautiful sunny day once early mist covering the upper slopes of the hill had dispersed. Lying snow above 500m.pwbellarby03/03/2017

6 of 6: From Geal Charn.ChrisR11/09/2016
New hydro scheme makes for easy access to 400m on track then straight up hill to top. Inversion made for great virws. Sat in sun on top w Jenx watching the clouds slowly burn off. Back down SE ridge with swing right at 550m to descend to track and out.nordicstar18/03/2016
New track up on the west side courtesy of hydro scheme. Not very pretty. Went further on the old track then up the steep side through the fog and out of the cloud. Fantastic inversion. We spent an hour at the top sun bathing and enjoying the surreal scene?jenx18/03/2016

Up on tussock on easy angles making for crags on the broad ridge. To skyline and more plod to top at 11.50. 4' cairn of large boulders. My 7th Marilyn with this name and third this year.arranc04/07/2009
