Nice quick one for Boo and I. Began to snow and the North Pennines as boggy as ever. Every third footstep you lose a foot in heightAlphaville19926/03/2023
Parked at the cattle grid and then an easy walk to the summit with plenty of sheep followingmatty1971b12/02/2023

1/2 Black Scar from Cattle Grid then crossed over to climb up beside fence to curve over to Moudy Mea. Both easy walks. (Then on to High Greygrits and Brownber Head moving the car).nickywood126/06/2021

From SE, brief unexciting track walk, but the little rocky edge facing S is pleasant. (BM at start of path seems to have gone along with its garepost.)RHW24/03/2019

Short easy walk from cattle grid. Single flat stone marks the top.Aye Jimmy25/05/2013
It is worthwhile remembering that the legal line of the right of way enters the dip alongside the gate and follows the edge of the trees. Totally ignore this and follow the vehicular track which diverges to the right but is an easy walk to just north of the summit.moorsman05/11/2012
Second of three 5's up here. From cattle grid a 10 min max stroll to a good viewpoint of Eden valley. Small rock o n grassy top. Mist swirling. New track going in who knows where below, farmers!nordicstar16/07/2012
