Gentle bumble from Shenavall with Tony W. Nice views. Not much snow.	HardenC	07/03/2024
Done as a circuit of Beinn Dearg Bheag via the north ridge from the Gruinard River, before traversing the ridge to Beinn Dearg Mhor via the bealach. Descent was down the south east coire after the south peak with a traverse straight to the back of Larachantivore. From there I took the bog path direct to Shenaval and up the path to where I could break off and up onto the spine of Sail Liath to get onto the An Teallach ridge. Lots of evidence of the previous Saturday's storm which sat over the mountain with voluminous thunder, lighting and heavy rain for several hours. A massive slide looks to have taken place in Corrag Bhuide with Loch Toll an Lochain looking very opaque from all the sediment still sitting in suspension. Pinnacles taken reasonably direct to Sgurr Fiona and then following a line across to Sgurr Creag an Eich and out to Sgurr Ruadh to descend the ridge that's always enticed me. I had intended to head up Sail Mhor as part of this but the fitness felt a little lacking and a	Ennoch	22/07/2023

Followed a good little path beside Allt Glas Thuill. On to west ridge of Glas Meall Liath. A lot of quartzite, but fairly straightforward. Then along interesting pinnacled ridge to Bidean a Glas Thuill. Sgurr Creag an Eich, Sgurr Fiona, Lord Berkeleys Seat, Coarrag Bhuidhe and the Buttress, and Stob Cadha Gobhlach, and Sail Liath. With Rhona Fraser. From Dundonnell up path and then following burn and ascending west of crags to reach Glas Mheal Mor, Bidein a� Ghlas Thuill. We went along many minor tops to Ghas Mheall Liath. We went back to Bidein a� Ghlas Thuill. I raced out to Sgurr Creag an Eich (omitted by Rhona) and then Sgurr Fiona. We reached Lord Berkeley�s Seat, the pinnacle next to it, and Corrag Buidhe. There was some fun on the descent here! We went on to Cadha Gobhlach and Sail Liath. We missed out Corrag Buidhe Buttress by mistake. We descended via the Shenavall track. It was warm and sunny all day with clouds high. There were good views in all directions.	pwbellarby	16/07/1983

Cairngorm Club Meet, Inchnadamph. Alone. I parked at NH114851. I walked up to the highest point on the Shenavall track, then to Sail Liath, Stob Cadha Gobhlach, Corrag Bhuidhe Buttress at, Corrag Bhuidhe, Lord Berkley�s Seat, Sgurr Fiona, Bidein a� Ghlas Thuill, Glas Mheall Liath and back to the starting point.
