| From Bowness (Ennerdale). 17 km, 1000 m asc. E down the main track and over Char Dub Bridge and S up to Caw Fell. E along the Ennerdale Fence to Little Gowder Crag, Haycock, Great Scoat Fell and Scoat Fell. Over Middle Scoat Fell and N down and up to Steeple. Down by the N ridge over Long Crag and W over Lingmell. Back by Woundell Bridge and the main track.
