Ramps Gill Round clockwise from St Peter's Church with Jim, Jus & Cat, on a day where the forecast heavy rain thankfully never materialised. It's very easy to rack up a lot of summits quickly once you're up on this ridge - after several flat featureless tops, the small grassy bump of this one at least looked slightly summit-like.wheresthepath28/09/2019

Not 100% sure of the date. On trip up to lakes with Don, Laas, Trev Burton. Had mountain bikes. Set off from Brothers Water and up to knott, me nipping up Rest Dodd on way. Cold icy day. Over The Knott and up to Rampsgill Head, High Raise, Red Crag, Wether Hill, down Gowk Hill and Brownthwaite Crag before river crossing the river to the Martingale road and down to Ulswater and along the coast path back to Patterdale. Big ride.Mark T01/03/1999
