Parked at the NTS Morvich car park. Good path up the valley into Coire an Sgairne and up onto the Beinn Fhada plateau. Went to the western end at Meall an Fhuarain Mhoir and main top before returning to the valley and climbing to Bealach an Sgairne. Good path again up A' Ghlas bheinn, including its South top. Descended via the west ridge, turning WNW to reach the bridge where the Falls of Glomach path enters the wood and then SW through woods and footbridge back. Mainly in cloud with some snow flurries. Views on Fhada for lunch. With Gillian and Denise.richard6923/04/2023

Debs & Tali. Bienn Fhada and west along the ridge. Only obstacle was the 15-20 m easy scramble up, Tali just needed a little assist. (harness and a 2 metre lead did the trick)Mountain Goat07/05/2019

Solo fr Morvich via A' Ghlas Bheinn, Sg Gaorsaic & summit of Fhada. Glorious clear early-evening now. Good running across plateau, with outstanding views across to backs of Five Sisters, but it had become a long day and I was calculating how long the descent would take...NorfolkPT2117/07/2017

Solo. A warm sunny day. Including the outlying Tops made for a bigger day. I had planned to tackle A'Ghlas-bheinn, but there is a big drop between the Munros and when I got to path beneath the bhealach it was clear there was not enough time or energy in the tank so I returned to the hotel.langskill09/04/2011

With two friends. From Morvich outdoor Centre. We walked up Beinn Bhuidhe. Then went over Faradh Nighean Fhearchair and Sgurr a' Choire Ghaibh with several ups and downs. The only slightly awkward bit was the steep descent on some slabs. We reached Meall an Fhuarain Mhòir (956m) and then to the main summit of Beinn Fhada. We descended NW to reach path as it passes top part of Allt Coire an Sgàirne. Clear and dry initially. We went into mist up Beinn Bhuidhe, but came out of it so that traversing the various tops was done in bright sunshine with much cloud below us.pwbellarby09/05/2004

Standard route for Beinn Fhada & A'Ghlas-bheinn from the outdoor centre near Morvich. Beinn Fhada first, left the path before the top of Bealach an Sgairne avoiding the rockiest bits over Meall a'Bhealaich & then a fine walk to Beinn Fhada'a summit. Enjoyed the views on a warm sunny day as walked W to bag the top & then tried to find a direct route back to the bealach. Abandoned that & regained the path just W of the col, walked back up & then over the endless lumps & bumps to A'Ghlais-bheinn. Back to the bealach & the path.NotReallyABagger24/08/1999
