Alone. From the main road near Ceannacroc Lodge. Along track through Corrie Dho. Past bothy at NH175147 (locked) to An Reithe, Sail Chaorainn (E top), (main top), Carn na Coire Mheadhoin, and Tigh Mor na Seilge. Warm and sunny all day. Excellent views to Creag Meagaidh, Ben Nevis, Cairngorms etc. Snow above 800m, more so on descent.pwbellarby17/04/1987
