BDB & BDM - solo. Cycled along by the Gruinard River to the bridge before Loch na Sealga followed by a long walk up to Loch Toll a Lochain. Plagued by hundreds of deer keds all day! | Dangerous Dave | 05/09/2023 |

Done as a circuit of Beinn Dearg Bheag via the north ridge from the Gruinard River, before traversing the ridge to Beinn Dearg Mhor via the bealach. Descent was down the south east coire after the south peak with a traverse straight to the back of Larachantivore. From there I took the bog path direct to Shenaval and up the path to where I could break off and up onto the spine of Sail Liath to get onto the An Teallach ridge. Lots of evidence of the previous Saturday's storm which sat over the mountain with voluminous thunder, lighting and heavy rain for several hours. A massive slide looks to have taken place in Corrag Bhuide with Loch Toll an Lochain looking very opaque from all the sediment still sitting in suspension. Pinnacles taken reasonably direct to Sgurr Fiona and then following a line across to Sgurr Creag an Eich and out to Sgurr Ruadh to descend the ridge that's always enticed me. I had intended to head up Sail Mhor as part of this but the fitness felt a little lacking and a | Ennoch | 22/07/2023 |

R Steve is this the best Corbett? Met last Corbett bagger. Fantastic day | Richard Tait | 02/05/2023 |
Beinn Dearg Mor and Beinn Dearg Beag from Corriehallie with John. Parked at Corriehallie car park and followed the track South and then the split off to Shenavall. Crossed the river in fromt of the bothy with no issues and then carefully across the bog to Larachantivore, including a second river crossing. Ascended steeply up to BD Mor's East top avoiding the overhanging crags, and then proceeded around to the corbett summit. Had lunch, then descended down to the bealach and then up to the summit of BD Beag. Descended back to the bealach, then slowly down into Coire Toll an Lochan, then skirted east of the lochan and then down to the path running along Loch na Sealga back to just before Larachantivore, where we then retraced our steps back to Shenavall and back to Corrie Hallie. Big day under blue skies - 10.5hrs in total. | mproudfoot | 29/04/2023 |

Walked in from Gruinard Bay, camping at the head of Loch na Sealga. Climbed both Corbetts via Toll an Lochain before walking out. Beautiful day, both stunning summits. Tough walk though - ~28km including the walk out, mostly rough ground, and 1,400m ascent. | douglas_easton | 15/05/2022 |

Walked in from Gruinard the day before and camped by Loch Beinn Dearg. Climbed Bheag first followed by Mor. Cloud just down on the tops but cleared afterwards. | rjf35 | 10/08/2021 |

Cycled up to Loch Sealga then intermittent tracks along loch and up past Loch Toll to col, then BDM and BDB. Steep sections higher up require care. Cycling did save time thanks to recent pothole filling. | Topographer57 | 13/05/2019 |

With: hb; From Shenevall, across two very low rivers & very dry bog (!) to Larachantivore. Slanted and zig-zagged to gain S corrie then up to the E top. Along ridge to main summit and airy top. Descended to bealach then up Beinn Dearg Bheag and N top. Descended back to bealach then down to Loch Toll an Lochain down to path by Loch na Sealga for return to Shenevall. | Ian Baines | 05/06/2018 |

From Gruinard. No bike hire in Ullapool, so had to walk. Tough slog up up Loh Toll an Lochain, veered slightly too far west and had to contour under crags. Also missed the faint path from the Mor/Beag col to the summit, it's on the north side. Stunning views of An Teallach, quite hazy south. Summit area is fantastic. | Owen B | 26/09/2017 |
