Superb trip round Mull organised by Richard Tibbetts and transported by Coastal Connection from Oban under the excellent Struan Smith. Easy landing to S and then hard thrash through lovely deep wild grass to a spectacular summit. Even better than it looks.Thearlaichdubh07/07/2019
Boat trip (using Coastal Connection) organized by Richard T. Excellent day out, with several baggers - good weather - 8 Islands visited (7 of which were SIBs). Some stunning situations/views etc - an excellent adventure. Thankyou Richard & CC crew. Return trip from Oban took approx 12.5h.ger07/07/2019
With Coastal Connections from Oban on a 9 island circuit - this the fifth. Landed on rocks SE side, due S of summit. Short steep walk to the top, Vanessa trig pillar awaiting. On to Little Colonsay.jonglew07/07/2019
Trip round Mull with Coastal Connections taking in 7 Sibs. Perfect weather, minimal swell making landing easy. Short slog from the S up steep ground on thick spongy grass.AndrewFinnimore07/07/2019
Short of time and a dog to look after so I didn't go to summit.jenx10/06/2019
Sea kayak tour of Treshnish from Ulva ferry. Awkward landing despite low swell, Pete rafted up with my kayak offshore while I hopped onto rocks.AndyS27/04/2018
First island of the day on a mass attack. Thick grass and steep sides of an iconic looking island graced with a trigpoint. Great.Martin R30/05/2015
Landed SE of summit nice sheltered inlet, lucky calm day before the storm. I took fairly direct line to gain N end of ridge; easier ascent is L of nose or further R. Looked at Bac Beag but would have taken to long to get down and across. Group charter with Coastal Connection, Oban based picked us up at Fionnphoirt. Next to LungaRHW30/05/2015
Very deep vegetation between landing point (due S of summit) & the rockier terrain of the cap.Smudge30/05/2015
