40mph gusting wind and arctic conditions on top made this the one and only hill of the day.Colin Crawford05/12/2018
From Invervar (NN 66616 48220) - Carn Gorm - Meall Garbh - Meall a' Bharr - Carn Mairg - Meall na Aighean. Woodland path then hydro track to begin then clear mountain paths from then on. Exceptional windchill, icy and also deep snow in some areas.david23020130/10/2018
Started at 07:45, as one circuit including Carn Gorm, Meall Garbh, Carn Mairg & Meall nan Aighean (Creag Mhor). Very misty on top of Carn Gorm and Meall Garbh, this cleared around 12:00 to gives good views of Schiehallion and Glen Lyon, 7:10 hours all in.chillyman808/08/2018

From Invervar. Solo. Usual ascent. Snow pretty much from treeline. Soft, deep and tiring. But a dry day weatherwise. Took a lot of effort to reach summit as snow wasnt hard enough to bear weight until around 950m. Super views. Trig buried in snow.stig_nest13/03/2018
Me Issy, Angela and Tony walked as part of 4 Munro loop. Good day out.Kevthecat30/09/2017

Clockwise round of 4 munros and 3 tops - very windy but good views otherwise!twg2713/03/2017
The expected overdose of hectoring keep-out-for-two-months notices at Invervar, then a path covered in felled forestry mess, left deliberately to put walkers off. Path up Carn Gorm once over the bridge by forest edge was fine. Rebuilt cairn by summit rock. Fallen trig pillar is lower.alda02/10/2016
Started from Invervar and went round clockwise in strong windjustin99911/09/2016

Second time up; this time en route to Ben Macdui. From the Aviemore Ski Centre, up to Cairn Gorm summit. Then to Stob Coire an t'Sneachda and south; lunch by Lochan Buidhe (beautiful in the sunshine). Then straight to the summit. Return over west shoulder of Cairn Lochan (clear and easy path, well maintained).AlexanderHoward22/08/2016

From Invervar. Clockwise circuit of the 4 munros. Wet and windy with deep snow on the summits. In cloud most of the walk so no views. No diversions in place any more.Stevend112/03/2016
Clockwise circuit from Invervar. No problems other than hydro scheme works at Invervar.TRG31812/08/2015
Clockwise round of four Munros and adjacent tops from Invervar - unlike previous entry I refused to be dictated to by diversion signs! Snow shower on Carn Gorm - well it is June.Crib Goch08/06/2015
Meall na Aighean, Carn Mairg, Meall garbh, Carn Gorm. Started at Invervar. The hydro construction works diversion signing forces you to do them in an anti-clockwise direction with Meall na Aighean first and Carn Gorm last. In clouds all day. Getting off Meall na Aighean was a bit of a challenge, but after Carn Mairg the fence posts tend to make the navigation easier.tsharp04/06/2015

From a camp at Allt an Sgorr with Paul. Local estate advice is to walk this group of hills in an anticlockwise direction and don't venture into the valleys unless an emergency. I felt my need to wildcamp was an emergency as I was carrying a very heavy pack so ignored their advice!!mick25/06/2013
