As NormanW. Along the ridge traverse is a huge chunk of ground which would surely be a Tump if it weren't for the chockstone bridging the gap in the narrow fissure between the almost standalone Tump and the main island.Minto16/06/2022

Interesting walk along from the SW top After managing to land on the island at the second attempt, the morning swell preventing this.NormanW16/06/2022

Dropped by boat below the chapel then up to Eileach an Naoimh, the Vanessa trig plus TUMP top of Eileach an Naoimh SW Top below just having time to visit the lighthouse.Dugswell210/06/2015
My final Haswell Smith island; ie the original 162. Group charter with Farsain Cruises out of Craobh Haven. Landed a point S of monastery, then took directish route towards NE summit, v bad idea with dense willow scrub, best to go via monastery then follow ridge. Fine summit ridge with nice drop-off on W side. Back on boat, a bottle of Bowmore to celebrate, with Duncan the boatman getting the final 10% for giving us (yet another) great day out.RHW10/06/2015
