Parked by the gate, on a quiet evening! Walked up track to chambered cairn, then on path across moor to summit.Minto09/08/2022
From Stone of Setter up grassy then heathery tracks, with duckboarding and archaeological descriptions. Went on to view the nearby lighthouse which seems to be in a strange place, in a bay and not at the point.NormanW08/08/2022

After Red Head. With Evan W. Along Eday Heritage path from Noup Hill to top, ignoring chambered cairn, then back north to wall and directly east down to Carrick House and back to car to head for Greenybrae Hill. Warm but hazy sunshine, with stiff breeze.mainnirnamfiadh16/08/2016
Second TuMP of the day with Jim Bloomer, Richard and Tricky Speirs on a sunny morning on Eday. Also visited a nearby chambered cairn. The Neolithic chambered cairn on Vinquoy Hill commands views across much of the Orkney archipelago. It measures approximately 17m in diameter and 2.5m in height and has an entrance passage leading to a central chamber with four small side-cells.Dugswell228/05/2014
