Day 2 on Skye, very windy and heavy rain made ascent tough so just got 1 Munro done.Kevthecat04/07/2022
No 282😀😀. Easiest one of the lot with great views back where we had come from. Great feeling. Loved the lot and boy was Skye tough.akmilne30/06/2022

A second day on Skye with Harrison, this time taking in Am Basteir and it's slightly intimidating bad step, along with neighbouring Bruach na Frithe. A very early start from Sligachan meant we were done in under 6hrs and back at the car by 11:10am!mproudfoot27/06/2021

QUALITY MOUNTAIN DAY Scotland holiday w/ Chris & Nate. 50mph winds, original intent to do Am Basteir, changed to Bruach na Frithe after weather worsened. Tough but great fun, need to get fitter.Mbassett12/09/2020
Via NW ridge. Baking sun with Cuillin tops all peaking above the cloud base of 600-800m. At noon, I was first visitor to BnF (acc to chap bivvied on top). Gave up on SnF (greasy), lovely walk out to S na Bhasteir then return by Fionn Coire and down into the clag again. Up amongst my best hill days.niallp13/08/2020

First foray onto the cuillin ridge. Ambitiously tried to get up onto am bastier, but the rocks were very icy and out skills level not quite ready. We'll be back...Nicky C31/12/2019

Eventually, up Fionn Choire and NNW ridge, returning same way. No snow or ice but, where the 'path' became a scramble in several places, the rocks were very slippery in the horizontal drizzle.Isbjorn Winter Round10/01/2019
With a bit of additional exploring, and a couple of breaks, it took us a total of 7 hours.eilidh05/10/2018

Did this with the PCMS. 2 30 to the top via the bealach. Mist cleared at the top to give fantastic views. No difficulties encountered - only a wee bit of scrambling. Lovely views of the Pinnacle ridge on the way back.slynch07/05/2017

started from just up the road from Sligachan. Bit snowy at the summit. Took the alternative descent from the summit down the north-easterly ridge rather than returning through the corrie.samfleming617/04/2017

With Jim, Sarah, Franta and Felham. Good weather day. Had to rope up and scramble over the rock towards the top, as the path was covered in slushy slippy snow and impassable. Turned back ~20 minutes from the peak as not everyone in the group was confident to carry on.electricfox10/04/2016

3rd of 3. Easy enough saunter over to the summit. Managed to make up for the rope snag by bagging Jonah a couple of extra customers for his planned ascent of the Pinn the following day. Skye is just epic! 14km, 1225m, 9hr30.bowzi21/07/2014
