A counter-clockwise circuit of Kilda's Humps, Tumps and other bumps with Deana, Carol & Calum. Starting with mist, wind and rain from the campsite to Oisebhal then over to the two trigs of Conachair. Only then did the mist clear, giving clear-sight of our next objectives ... Mullach Mor, Claigeann Mor, Mullach Bi & its North Top, then the wonderfully positioned promontory of An Campar. Now reduced to just me and Calum, we contoured back around the westerly peaks to get a quick bag of Ruabhal before our boat departure deadline was breached. All easily done within the allotted 4.5 hrs and our tents packed up by our better, more sensible better-halves to boot.summitter09/09/2023

After Conachair. Strange to find brutal architecture on a summit so remote!Matt290121/08/2021
Last morning of a visit to Hirta on yacht Zuza (an afternoon, full day and a morning). Cloud mostly down but initially clear today. Got Mullach Mor (via track) clear but cloud moving in to cover top of Conachair, carried on to Oisebhal, also now in cloud. Return via An Lag.clashcityrocker16/07/2021
RHSoc trip with Sea Harris. From Mullach Bi. Returned to the military road at the bealach and followed it to the cairn on the cluttered summit. Dreich weather. Onwards to Conachair.Man of Kernow122/09/2019
From Conachair, a poor bit of walking by the outstanding interest and beauty everywhere else. The descent is ok with some very well preserved cleats but the ascent is over boggy ground and the summit area has ugly buildings and masts. Descended to the village street, interest and fascination quickly restored.pwheeler12/05/2019

Sailed out of Leverburgh on Enchanted Isle for three day Kilda trip. Weather too rough to land Boreray so into Village Bay to pitch tents then wander around island. With Jenx, Martin and Pete M. >Oiseval >Conachair >Mullach Mor >Clageann Mor >Mullach Bi >Mullach Bi North Top and back to village, great circuit, clear views to Soay and Boreray.nordicstar16/09/2015

fabulous circuit wander in calm almost windless day over Hirta with Martin Richardson, on my first visit to St Kilda. Along village street, up the winding road to the west over Claigeann Mor to Mullach Bi and NW out to An Campar then east down across the valley and up to Mullach Mor across to Conachair down south to the trig and round by cliffs out to Oisebhal and back to the village. Visited at least once in the 14 days when I was on the last NT Scotland working party of the 1966 season. No masts that I can remember up there then and the road didn't go that far. Had to re-visit in the mank with Andrew, Audrey & Mark en route to Conachair 53 years later.signyred18/08/1966
