Parked at the bend, the farm road is blocked by boulders so no obstruction - terrifying place to pull out from though. Route as several below, along a track to the stripwood and up that. The hill is very much covered in bracken or gorse and best done outwith high Summer. Found a way up the gap between two tops to dodge the gorse. Hard to find the top amongst the whins. A very pleasant place.fasgadh25/01/2020
Parked on scary bend to E. Along fields and up to bracken line, then track through gorse and bracken wall at edge of wood. Highest point appears to be near a rhododendron bush. Also tried a direct ascent up the crag nearer to the farm and it was marginally easier to get to the gorse ridge and follow lines through and round gorse clumps one of which might be growing out of the highpoint.Thearlaichdubh26/10/2019
From road bend at 242969 but parked 400m further south, no safe local parking after thaw. Tracks to 233966, right up the east side of the trees, then onto bracken debris, over the SW top and detoured to the west around the steep gorse. No obvious HP.Topographer5719/03/2018
Similar to Minto. I'm glad that the bracken was dead. Still the gorse to contend with thoughColin Crawford09/11/2017
as others parked bend in road to the se, track then up through field to the gorse top.robertphillips18/03/2017
From se, route as per Minto. Hp in clearing by anthill 15m s of wall. Visited os rivet location to E (lower), and sw summit (4ish metres lower by Seco hand level). Back thru farmyard, no one about. Logton Stone in middle of freshly planted field, railings but no access path, didn't visitRHW29/01/2017
Parked as others, and along track. After bend continued WSW on track not marked on 1:25K map, but alongside marked stone wall to the strip of trees. Due to crops, easier going up field to W of trees, then back along upper track (not on 1:25K map either) towards farm. Through gate on marked track to very rough area with bracken and gorse. Zig-zig round false SW top, and along a little hidden valley with gorse rising steeply up on RHS. Then possible to get around the end of the gorse and easily enough up to the summit area. You then have more problems trying to decide exactly where the summit is amongst the gorse!Minto19/04/2016
P lower track to Dogton. Along track - up field - through gate into a very overgrown area. Top by wall. Then went to Pitlochie where the other top is in a pretty flat area with lots of agricultural mess.chrisbien26/03/2016

Parked at NT242969. Take track to the Dogton Stone Cross then across the field to the top (more than one?).Play2End30/12/2014
