Standard route via Callop. Uneventful and straightforward save for the bellowing but unseen stags sounding unnervingly close in the mist and light rain.Owen B06/10/2019

Revisit. #7 of 11 from Callop, mostly good path over pass, down Cona Glen passing a German sounding gent doing Cape Wrath trail. Diminutive Eilde then up to Fheidh, cold wind on top. W Top, revisited the Graham, steeply down to pass, steep grass to Cuartaige, revisited Craobh on a whim, north for the 2 Simms, descended N keeping R of crags, with time in hand revisited Bhainne and its Tump, nice Glenfinnan view, simple descent E to Callop P. 16mi 8h, chilly on tops, warm in sunRHW04/05/2019

Long moorland flog from Callop, then delightful circuit over the two Simms, the Corbett and the Dodd. Considerable steep snow on the Corbett's north ridgeColin Crawford11/04/2018
Good climb up from Sgorr nan Cearc. Sarnie time. Cloud lifting good views to Ghuibhsachain whose cairn looks prominent above rock. Company: Soloiandesbottes20/07/2017
From Sgurr Ghiubhsachain, after steep descent, a longish walk was met with a rock domed summit! Drizzle started by now. I traversed around to the north where it was much easier to climb. Tricky descent (rocky and craggy) back down north east ridge! Not as easy as it looks on map, but enjoyed it.Jhimmy08/06/2017
54th Solo. Day 1 of overnight expedition, camped at head of Lochan Dubh (901 708). About 2km from Glenfinnan station follow track to Callop and beyond before heading up NE ridge of Sgorr Craobh a Chaorainn. Follow ridge round anticlockwise taking in two other Corbetts. Descend SE below Meall Mor to Lochan for overnight camp. Warm, clear, dry day. Excellent views.RGibbs31/05/2017
A wander round the many moorland Mealls on a cloudless day amongst skewbald snow and moor. Nevis to the east and the Skye Cuilin to the NW. Its days like these that make hillwalking such a wonderful pastime.summitter25/03/2017
From Callop (10:10) walked up glen, crossed stream by fallen tree and climbed NE ridge. Cloud up and down but got useful views of route. Forecast bad but little rain. From summit (12:40) descended E to below crags, then back to ridge and on to Sgurr Ghiubhsachain. When ridge steepened, traversed R and climbed up corrie to summit ridge (less rocky). At summit 14:10. Descended NE ridge in cloud. Route-finding hard, with big drops. Finally escaped early to corrie and slogged back to Guesachan (16:25) for long walk back to Callop (17:45)dbb25/07/2016
A pleasant round from Glenfinnan using new path/bridge to Callop despite poor weather early on. Sgorr nan Cearc, Meal Doire na Mnatha, Sgorr Croabh a Chaorainn, Sgurr Ghiubhsachain and down to path then track to Callop and Glen finnandickscroop03/07/2016

From Sgurr Ghiubhsachain - 3rd Corbett of the day. Final rise to summit includes optional scramble. Descended back to Callop via the Allt Coire na Leacaich.bowlesy13/05/2015
Pathless from the zigzag on the path from Callop but good line over Meall na Cuartaige. Continuing to the col SW was tricky at first- I went S down a shallow gully to avoid steep ground- but a more direct line could be seen- and picked- going up.pwheeler23/05/2014
A good round climbed with Sgurr Ghiubhsachain with Shaky from Glenfinnan. Crossed the footbridge & along the soggy footpath to join the track which we followed along the side of Loch Shiel as far as the bridge just past Guesachan. Took to the N ridge of Meall a' Choire Chruinn, deep grass to start with but easier higher up, over the top & then on to Sgurr Ghiubhsachain. Great view along Loch Shiel. Then an easy wander round to Sgorr Craobh a Chaorainn. Slanted down E to join the path to Callop & then skirted round to cross the Callop River back to Glenfinnan. A great day out.NotReallyABagger05/08/2013
MMC Walk. Iain Wilson, Jeremy and Fraser. Fom Collops in driving rain and high wind. Could not get to Cona glen for Druim Tarsuinn as rivers in spate. Ascended Sgorr nan Cearc . Great tho' windy ridgewalk. Walked off, half way off Sgorr Giubsachain north ridge, to the road. Long day. 8 hours.alexmaclennan03/08/2013

MC JC. Climbed with Sgurr Ghiubhsachain. Climbed on a brilliant blue sky day with mist hanging over the lochs. No breeze. Long climb up very rugged ground and over various toplets to reach the summit of Sgurr Ghiubhsachain in 3h 25m. Dropped E from the summit over slabby slopes to walk easily over to the summit. Hot and still. Best weather of the year to date.Martin6607/04/2002

from Ghiubhsachain. Nasty horse flies like kamakasis. Steep grassy rake led rapidly downhill to corrie and lowest part of bealach. Path led uphill on grass and detour to right up rocky crag to top at 15.35. Beers and an all day breakfast in restaurant car at Glenfinnan.arranc18/06/1998
