Came down from Coomb Hill with Alan & Kathy. Descended to Hopehead. Over footbridge then up track alongside Glenbow Burn. Across rough ground to rejoin the forest road back to the A701.Dangerous Dave29/10/2022
Good parking S side entrance to Kingledores (NT 1090 2809). Only hill left round here so out and back, although held up for 45 mins whilst reluctant cattle were being herded into barn halfway along the track... raining, so easier to wait than hack up the hill round it all.jonglew18/08/2022
Up the glen from Kingledoers. Onto Brooomy lawAndrew Simmons18/06/2022

Tump and Donald circuit from Tweedsmuir. This one an easy grassy ascent from Hopehead Cottage. The subsequent steep flank up to Coomb Hill is heathery and toughColin Crawford11/10/2015
