Parked in large layby 100m S. of RoW at SH 8567 1430 - Up RoW through forest, past quarry ruins & up a grassy ramp to deep quarry - Turned left along path & then steeply up to col & an ATV track - Followed ATV track to within 60m of summit; visited the 2 tops, both of which lie on S. side of barbed wire fence. From Dinas Mawddwy car park at SH 85846 14997. Took main street up to A470, crossing it to climb steeply through forest on RoW to impressive Minllyn Quarry. Exited quarry by a steep grassy gully and then over moor (no path) to unmarked summit near fence. Walk continued to Foel Dinas. Solo walk.	Man of Kernow1	29/09/2015
