Good parking spot by corner of wood at SJ 0264 4129 & up Y Foel. From Y Foel, dropped down to gate above the derelict Gaerwen & then tracks & RoW to within 50m of the summit. Top corner of sheep pasture at 018394 had been enclosed for growing fodder, so needed to use gate at bottom of enclosure to avoid bwf. | gerrybowes | 03/04/2022 |

Drove up to gates of Hafodty Wen. Parked on verge a few yards back. Fp and then pasture. Im sorry to report that half of the top of this hill has been dug away. No doubt for shale for another bloody turbine. Vandalism. looks awful. | stig_nest | 15/05/2016 |
