Parked at SN 84620 44120. Up forestry tracks to Carn Wen and then over to Banc y Ddinas. Down south shoulder avoiding very new plantations. Then back along main road.Campbell Singer11/11/2023
From Garn Wen we walked over rough grassland and crossed several fences. In descent we headed to the NW, where the forest had been felled. We then followed forestry tracks to Llanwrtyd Wells. With JT.Sprog19/07/2020

Garn Wen up forestry tracks as others, across to Banc y Ddinas, down to road, under railway and up the ridge of Moel Bylchau. More or less straight down to car.clivevilla25/10/2017
Crossed from Garn Wen and returned the same way.Moorponder03/10/2017
Continuation of walk from Garn Wen. Descended north-east to a wide very boggy area, over a gate by a group of mature trees and then east (one barbed wire fence to tackle) to the fine summit. To descend, headed steeply down east by forest edge, then bracken thrash to a byway, which I took north past Dinas Mill back to the church car park. Solo.Man of Kernow105/11/2016
