From the end of the road at Pen y Banc. Just enough parking for two cars. Good paths most of the way. Combined with Carn Dwad.Campbell Singer11/11/2023
Parked just past the bridge at 86414 47758 on wide bend, back along the road to the side road which becomes a bridle path then followed the forest edge and left to summit.clivevilla04/10/2022

Went up the hard way from Alltwinau Farmhouse where we were staying - hand over foot - by the most direct route. Our boys took a slightly more gentle route to the 'saddle' on the right of summit before beating us up by a good 20 mins!GallivantingGerbils15/04/2021
Obvious but unmarked summit on tussocky grassy ridge with wild feel. Snow covered ground but brief sunny spells. Cold gusty wind. Oward!Denise 17/03/2018
Rough going from Garn Dwad partly along edge of forest. A group of 12 Ponies come to see if we have any food. Distinct snow dusted grass/reed grass high point. Sunshine, cold.RichardM17/03/2018

Walked up from Alltwinau farmhouse with my dad where we were staying. Decent views from near the summit into the valley. Fairly warm for the time of year.derlan14/09/2014
