Following Wideford, walked and part hitched to Finstown and up the track and back. 2 of 3 Marilyn, glorious sunshine. Onto Mid Hill (Ward Hill) using bus to StennessN.Morters26/08/2019
Traverse from Hill of Heddle, using paths which would have been more obvious if it hadn't been misty.Thearlaichdubh06/08/2019

Track from Grimbister to the summit.Winterfloodian07/06/2019
It's pretty easy driving up to the masts from Cruan, the track is smooth and easy for the average car, and the people at Cruan don't seem to mind people doing this. This has to be miles better than the tedium of walking up the ultra boring track to the somewhat forgettable summit above a bog next to the huge masts and buildings..Gill24/02/2019
Drove up mast access track. 4x4 needed for ground clearance and couple of steep, rocky sections.jonglew24/02/2019

Motorway to the top but was thick mist. 200 metres from the top the sun broke through and mist opened up to reveal a huge mast towering over me!elizyanne26/05/2018
Parked by Cuween Hill Chamber, walked up to the ridge on St Magnus' Way path, then across rough tussocky grass with boggy patches to meet service road to the TV/radio transmitter. Return straight down service road to Cruan Stables and down to Old Finstown Road to reach car park.the pigguy 03/05/2018
With Mora, from the chambered cairn at Cuween where there is parking.BLACKHILL06/09/2017
I assumed I'd have to walk up track from Cuan but it turned out to be driveable to the top and, typical of Orkney, there were no signs forbidding public use. Today was cold, wet, windy and misty so no views.AndrewFinnimore09/06/2017
