From road to north.... Trig pillar S6527vegibagger02/10/2023
From the Drovers on a no firing weekend. Up track to trig and HP. Lots of very large backpacks laid out for those yet to arrive. Although no firing they were going to do exercises to the east of road.PeterD19/02/2023
Plenty of Army activity at the Drovers but no firing in the area so they were quite happy for me to walk up the track. Great viewpoint but a very grey afternoon.Campbell Singer04/02/2023
From the Drovers Arms along the track past the sign telling you not to go past it. I assumed it meant vehicles.clivevilla11/08/2021
Cycled back along the perimeter road, which would have had stunning views if it were not for the thick hill fog. Down the Upper Chapel road to the ex-Drovers' Arms. A quick ride up the track to the trig.Rob Rees27/12/2019
From Drovers Arms- red flag down - all quiet.ger14/04/2019
Trig at HP in sheep pasture- tussocky pathless approach from SW. Cloud suddenly cleared- delightful day.Denise 03/01/2019
Direct line from Twyn Rhyd-Car, moorland sheep pasture all the way; some rough, some not so rough. Trig at high point. Clouds rapidly evaporating into clear blue skies and low winter sunshine. Frost still on ground.RichardM03/01/2019
