Spectacular walk. Conditions superb. Pleasant easy scramble to top. Inquisitive seals beneath cliffs on way back. Playing and showing off. Rates in my top ten hills. With Jemma.Campbell Singer06/01/2019
Magnificent coastal scenery. Great hill in ideal coditions. With Dad. Friendly inquisitive seals playing below the cliffs.Jemma Singer06/01/2019
A great walk out to this SIB. One of the best tidal islands surely.jenx25/10/2018

Parked at Rhossoli National Trust car park, walked past BBC filming at Kitchen Corner, reached approach to Inner Head 5mins before low tide, crossed to blow hole on Northern rocks, but didn't check for seals. Fantastic crossing the Devil's bridge. Approach up to Outer Head not suitable for Steph, so could only imagine what the summit was like! Crossed back to South side of Inner Head using Causeway bedrock, easier under foot. Made it back before tide started creeping in...phew! Saw nesting Kestrel's and flying displays on sea cliffs from Kitchen corner. Fantastic afternoon out. With StephRotorslap28/06/2017
Glorious day with good views, easy short scramble to reach the top. Plenty of others had done the same, so the top was not enjoyed in solitude.PeterD02/10/2016
The 2 tumps in 1hr round trip from Rhossili, notices state doable 2.5hrs either side of low tide. Closure of Inner Head til end of Aug seems v conservative as no bird activity already by mid month. Summit an easy scramble; crossing from Inner Head more hazardous with polished slippery volcanic rock and plenty scope for injury, needs care. Superb pair of hills.RHW13/08/2016

Ignored the seasonal ban to climb steeply up to the top. No nesting birds in view. With DougColin Crawford01/07/2015

First climbed when a leader at St Madoc Christian Youth Camp back in the 70's. Done 5 times in total. A splendid walk, although on my last time Oct 2017 my 59 year old knees made hard work of it on a visit with my daughter, and my son who is at Swansea University. Great scramble at the end!pdantic02/08/1978
