| Up The Street to Swineside Law, then on to Mozie Law. After checking out both the Scottish & English sides, headed eastwards along the Pennine Way to Windy Rig and Windy Gyle (loved the paving stones over the boggy bits). | From The Middle at dusk. Headed south down steep but easy slope and road back to Blindburn. 5 hours 20mins. Feeling unusually tired, cursed myself for not pitching the tent before walking. Intended spot too hard to get pegs in so spent reasonably comfortable night in the car. Which meant I didn't have to strike camp in the midges.
