Multiple cairns to match the multiple views to Skye, Barra, Rhum, Beinn Mhor, Eriskay..... | langskill | 17/10/2023 |
Nice 3 Marilyn walk in the sun after arriving on ferry from Barra before getting bus up to accom near Lochboisdale. Walked in from East near stream, bit grotty to start with Bog Myrtle. Descent to S is a better line through crags. | davechaffey | 20/06/2023 |
Circuit from North Glendale. The start of path shown on map not present on ground, so followed track track running E along coast then SE to climb Beinn Bheag. Joined path running SE then climbed Hairtebreac (all the high points), across to Roineabhal, along ridge to Cruachan and Marabhal, and finally the long pull to Easabhal (summit and 3 cairns of similar height) - lots of rock slabs on this hill. Descent back to North Glendale. Hot and sunny. | RobertP | 14/06/2023 |

Parked near the church for this cairn festival with Dangerous Dave. Great bits of rock & fantastic views today. | Dugswell2 | 04/06/2022 |
I met Dugswell2 at the church car park. Up through field gates onto open hillside. Pleasant walk up to multi-cairned rocky plateau. Back same way. | Dangerous Dave | 04/06/2022 |
Bus to end of S Glendale track. Rough traverse to Easabhal then NW to N Glendale and walk back along road to Lochboisdale. Sunny, fresh NE breeze. | Thearlaichdubh | 23/04/2022 |
Solo from South | PeteF | 23/04/2022 |
Parked in church cp and left a donation, church open of course. Straight up, checked coords, then visited the other cairns, in case! | iangalbraith | 10/09/2021 |

From south parking near mast track... easy going on rocky scoured hill. Ok..summit cairns bit silly, thankful to be clear if a little light rain and gale wind. | N.Morters | 03/05/2021 |
Chose the south side of Easabhal, as the route from the church looks much less interesting. There doesn't seem to be any parking close to Glendale; it's either people's house car park or a passing place. Therefore, I parked approx. 782143 slightly west of the start to the mast track. Easily up this track, then nice off-piste walking to Easabhal, good views. All cairns visited. Down towards Loch na Brathad, crossing bogs to S, then along the fence below Marabhal. Contoured up to join the fence heading to the S of Cruachan, later becoming a turf wall. Easy going. Cut round the side to avoid wasted climbing, rejoining turf wall then across bogs to climb Roineabhal. Nice views but fierce winds and very heavy showers. Back almost the same way then down the road. | Gill | 12/10/2020 |
With David S - from church cp to W. Visited 6 cairns including summit cairn. | ger | 02/10/2019 |
With ger at summit a stag was moving around the top, good views on a fine day. | DRS | 02/10/2019 |

Short ish detour whilst doing a streach of the Hebridean way. Liked this hill, full of interest and views and easy to walk on. Up from the causeway. | nickywood1 | 08/06/2018 |
Parked by 20’container in South Glen Dale. Along coast & up to Roineabhal, to Cruachan, Marabhal and to Easabhal. Good wx, strong S’ly breeze. With PM. | CJM | 19/05/2018 |
4th and last from 781147 parking. Roineabhal, Cruachan, Marabhal and Easabhal. Descended east to road and then car with CM. Clear and sunny. 7.5 miles and 4 hour 15 minutes. | bolton | 19/05/2018 |

Roadside parking at NF 7915 1492. Followed coast path, accessible through a garden! to Roneval first. Onto Hairtebreac, Cruachan, Marabhal and Easabhal for a pleasant 8 miles. With Carole Engel. | jonglew | 18/08/2017 |

From the coast road at East Kilbride. Pleasant ascent, following a little stair case of ridge lines. Couldn't resist a circuit of the nine cairns on the summit plateau, at least three of which were old, substantial and mossy. | Nick Down1 | 19/07/2017 |

With Jenx via the shortest easiest way from church car park to West. Cropped pastures and fell for half distance then easy lines through heather to summit rocks. Visited the various cairned tops but RHB point appears highest. | nordicstar | 28/04/2016 |
Easy Easaval. | jenx | 28/04/2016 |
From car park of hideous church. Straight up using grassy strip between heather. Walked over numerous potential HPs and made the most of the beautiful views. Up and down in 1hour 15 minutes. | Campbell Singer | 06/04/2016 |
Parked on the side road at 756 164 and walked down the track on the other side of the B888 and up to the top avoiding the boggiest ground. Splendid views in the sunshine. | martin_hall | 15/10/2015 |

Dropped off near mast to south east. Ascended via easy scrambling on rough slabs including a cave which you can climb out of the back of. Descended towards the horrendous looking church to the north west where picked up. | raffemeister | 12/04/2015 |
