Parked at the church. Along lane towards Arlecdon and over gate into rough field. No cattle around. Up boggy field and over barbed wire fence to summit. Solo.Dangerous Dave12/11/2021
As others, straight up and down track from villageconanharrod03/03/2021
Followed the lane from Arlecdon without any problems. Serious excavating going on just beyond the summit but vehicles approach from the other direction.moorsman17/10/2019
From church. Frisky heffers that looked disappointed, bordering on forlorn that I wasn't more fun. Church locked - sign of the times.Wycombe Wanderer01/09/2018

Last hill of the day. Dead straight walk up the lane from NY 0489 1910.jonglew17/03/2018
An unmemorable pasture top, but not to be sneezed at -unless a hay-fever sufferer for on its SE flank the hill boasts one of England's 224 National Nature Reserves in the form of species rich hay meadows, a happy result of farming practices having not changed for 40 years. Retrospectively discovered my incidental completion of the 49 St Bees Head to Ravenglass summits on HB this hill.(which is also the westernmost of the summits on the watershed)Chris Pearson01/11/2017
Strangest long lane onto a broad flat green top, not inspiring at all!nordicstar10/04/2016
From roadside parking in Arlecdon village at NY 04939 19009. Track to gate then a little trespass to summit mound.David Gradwell25/08/2015

From WSW, track well used by locals; summit pasture with well-mannered cattle.RHW17/05/2015
