From the N. As moorsman, parked opposite the clubhouse at SD 89025 17387. No golfing today, but may be an issue when course is busy. Parking area 150m to NW is a good alternative - Along track to farm & then less than 100m to large summit stone. Fairly flat summit area.gerrybowes21/11/2023

Watergrove reservoir, took track west below dam to waterworks and turned south to pick up track, barn field lane. No sign of any footpaths at Sald fold so followed track to access land. PBW over golf course to pylons, then up to summit. Returned over Brown Wardle and Freeholds top.Flatfield09/07/2022

Parking on Shawclough Rd, Broadley at SD 88245 15917. Tump baggers be sure to climb the newly discovered Tump Gandy Brow 238m first. Go through gate and follow path up to wall - turn left and keep beside wall (still on path) to highest point beside wall and tree stump at SD 88347 15832. Spot height is actually in garden but thankfully is obviously lower. Return to road for ascent of Rushy Hill. My second ascent (now with Abney Level) new summit position - large rock at SD 88895 16717 c130m WNW of trig. Rock c100m east by 15th tee at SD 88991 16740 could be as high.David Gradwell04/05/2014
