Ganton Wold from GR: TA 00336 76414. Revisit for new summit position. Easy grass path through wood to within 20m of summit. | ronaldo333 | 18/11/2023 |
Parked on hard standing and used a green track into the trees to reach as close to given grid reference which seemed highest. Back at car seemed equally high. Not very exciting but easy tick. | nickywood1 | 02/06/2023 |
On the verge of the road. Dewey's notable hill is quite some way away near the RAF base. | clivevilla | 14/03/2022 |
A revisit, on my way to bag Stanton Wold (178m). Alfie stayed in the van. Nice walk up to the top of Stanton Wold with Alfie, the summit being on the road outside the entrance to the RAF station. No.305 of Dewey’s Notable Hill Tops. Visited the trig point at Octon Crossroads too. | Dangerous Dave | 17/01/2021 |
