As others, from public car park beyond golf club. I did it as a clockwise walk along the Cotswold Way and back on the bridleway across the golf course. This looks the best way for a short walk on the map, but it would probably have been more interesting to return using a lower path on the S side; the N side is very wooded. There were still Chalkhill Blues flying here in September. Just hints today of how good the view must be, you could make out the Severn but it was to hazy to see it at the Severn Bridge.pwheeler06/09/2021

From car park beyond clubhouse and then path that keeps to the left of the Golf Course and finally up to the right where Cotswold Way now goes. Better views away from Trig point and along the Severn valley. Also climbed many times since.PeterD15/11/1988
