A solo dusk opportunistic mini adventure from friend Rose's house at Feckenham, after dinner and tour of her village. Set off at 9pm (to her surprise) following overgrown footpaths across the fields and through woods for a 4 mile quick paced walk to get back before dark. Lovely peaceful calm evening warm dusk -deer and buzzard seen close up. Used longer but easier farm track on return in the failing light. Snuck back in after everyone else had gone to bed. Staying overnight to break the journey to Cornwall.Chris Pearson25/07/2023
Roadside verge parking just N of a field gate (SP 0121 5870). RoW E up the hill, then NE across a pasture. Final hill in Region 39.jonglew17/12/2020

3rd of 8 tops on a Worcestershire car tumping route, visiting Swines Hill and Rous Lench Hill, parking for one space on minor lane leading Morton under Hill, up via Millenium way then fp into field and directly upto the top in pasture. Descent via field to the South, slightly lower and back to the car. I decided wisely not to drive up the track leading to Moreton Hall Farm, as it becomes a muddy quagmire. Not sure if this hill should have been named Morton Hill, potential Os map error. Continuing to Redditch and South Crest...Dazingdale26/01/2019

Easy access via field path from Morton Hall. Flat topped hill, grass with abundant clover, nice old oaks in field hedge. Blue skies and sunshine, good views SW to the Malverns.RichardM21/03/2017

Dusk by head torch along track from the south. Aware that I'm in Ambridge territory! Imaginary radio soap land. Not as impressive as the hill west of Inkberrow with red brick tower on it plus trig. Just happens to be 13m higher!vegibagger15/11/2015
