Summit a slightly raised area near the trig, bench and signpost. Nice pond near the top at some good views south. Simple climb from the car park on the A4140 that bisects Fryent Country Park. Very muddy on paths throughout.Vulcan22/01/2024

Fryent Country Park car park at TQ 1957 8771 - Followed the Capital Ring path through woodland to the summit by bench & trig point. The woodland is home to some of the many thousands of London's parakeets & the summit pond is a very popular venue for local dog walkers.gerrybowes16/04/2022

From South Kenton station, eastwards along section 10 of the Capital Ring circular walk, through Preston Park, various residential streets and along paths in Fryent Country Park, to the pond and trig point at the summitMariana Trench14/09/2019
Run from Wembley Hill HP- some good views from Barn Hill and across Fryent Country Pk, then on to Wakemans Hill Ave. I'm surprised I'd never been to this HP before esp. as there are buses from Burnt Oak where I lived for 7 yrs!pwheeler01/08/2019

Trig with good views but HP on west side of nearby pond. Enjoyed lunch on nearby bench under cool blue skies. Within Fryent Country Park.Denise 17/01/2019
Strange to find a pond on a summit. Fine cold clear weather but views limited by the trees. Late lunch on bench on S side of hill with great views.RichardM17/01/2019

From Colindale to Wembley This top was a lovely countryside walk through the park. The top has a trig point, bench, pond and a way marker for the London Ring walkChinnockC20/10/2018

From Kingsbury Station then Barn Hill. Pleasant hill for a London top.clivevilla24/05/2017
From Wembley Park tube via Barn Hill Road. A genuinely enjoyable hill: the trig point is approached by a grassy rake, and the tarn beyond had a family of mallards and masses of yellow flags in flower when I visited. The bald point behind the bench near the trig looks higher than the alternatives when seen from across the tarn.Nick Down118/05/2017

Day out on the Tube doing a circuit of the Tumps. From Colindale Tube Station, Wakemans Hill Avenue, Barn Hill and Wembley Hill. Onward via Wembley Park Tube.rhalstead25/02/2017
Great hill -lovely park, trig point at the top and views over Wembley Station. 32.6km bike ride on the Brompton sadly in the pouring rain! Kings Cross to Madia Vale then canal towpath all the way out and followed the cycling routes. Three hills bagged: Wembley Hil, this one and Wakemans Hill Avenue. Cycled back fast down the A5.Fionalevey29/01/2017
