A pleasently green walk through parks from Forest Hill. Small grassy area on opposite side of road to church gets my vote for the highest point. Urban views. Arrive Norwood Junction to find the town and station in police lock-down as jubilant Brighton football supporters were being corralled back home. Didn't know the Met Police had so many officers, horses and minibuses!RichardM09/03/2019

Up Church Rd from Westlow Hill. The grassed area on Forsythe Crescent seemed to be the highest point according to my GPS.Andrew Pearson10/10/2018

An evening circuit of Sydenham Hill, Westow Hill and Crystal Palace Hill from Crystal Palace station. The best part of the walk was wandering through Crystal Palace park en route to Sydenham Hill Road. In view of the topographic uncertainties of Westow Hill, I walked around the roundabout via the crossings, then seized my chance to carefully walk across the centre during a momentary lull in traffic. The ground behind the churchyard wall at Crystal Palace hill seems higher than both the pavement and the grassy lozenge by Forsyte Crescent.Nick Down128/03/2018

First hill bagged 2018. Hope rest of year hills more interesting. Flat top, no views, did all the various potential high points in and around the churchyard to be sure. Walked along busy main roads inhaling lots of fumes from Crystal Palace Overground Station. First use of oyster card and saved quite a few quid. Walk to Forest Hill for second bag of year.Hillsidenick08/01/2018
From my cousin's house in Howden Road. Walked up past the huge aerial to the church and wandered around the graveyard and other side of the road. Then walked on and did a circuit of Crystal Palace Park. The name of the hill is Beulah Hill. Solo.Man of Kernow109/11/2017
Or is the churchyard higher? Standing on the churchyard wall definitely is.Pete R07/09/2017

I'm glad I live in Scotland. These English hills are just so difficult. Finding the exact top is like being blindfolded and trying to stick the tail on a donkey in a spin dryer.chrisbien25/02/2017
Short walk from car, had wander round on Church road, but thought grass area between Church Rd and Forsyte Crescent was probably HP. Have been along this road many times when a young lad.PeterD25/11/2016

Hopped off the 249 bus from Tooting Bec on the way to do section 11 of the Green Chain Walk with my wife and our Yorkshire terrier. Summit as described by others. More remarkable for the number of times I have passed the point without realising.Sixtyplus15/08/2016

Parked in Beulah Church (trig intersected station). Walked through churchyard out onto Church Road (A212). HP could be on the road or, possibly slightly higher, the grassed area between Church Rd and Forsyte Crescent.jonglew20/07/2016

Pretty flat. Summit could be pretty much anywhere. Wandered around.destaylor15/01/2016
My train out of Victoria heading home was delayed so rather than waste time I caught one leaving instead to Crystal Palace -jammed with commuters going home. 1 hour road walk by streetlight linking 4 tops. This one very ill defined despite being on a long ridge. Over shot before doubling back to make sure.Chris Pearson17/12/2015
Went to the Crystal Palace Market and Mummy and bought a few things there. After lunch went to walk to Crystal Palace down Harold Road and up on to Church Road.Dragonzilla12/09/2015
