Hill looked to be very open to view with some workmen undertaking activities in the surrounding fields. However approaching from the north west was not only very easy but appeared a tolerated walk. Parked opposite the entrance to Hood Riddings Farm and walked a short distance to the bridleway, This appears to finish just before the motorway but it doesn't. Two unlocked gates allow access into the second field with a prominent copse visible. Head straight up to the summit from here. One wall to cross but almost broken down to ground level at one point. Not visible until you hit the top. | moorsman | 23/09/2022 |
Walked up the gravel track to the mast at top. Fence post highest, on RHS furthest from the path. Cracking view. First walk after operation so that felt gooooood | nickywood1 | 21/03/2020 |

Mostly downhill jog from Warth Hill with Darren. Held up to allow flock of sheep to be driven past. Up and down access track through skitty cows - be bold like the Massai stealing from lions and they will back off ! 6th hill of a 14 hr day covering 50 kms linking 24 Tumps on foot. | Chris Pearson | 16/07/2016 |

As others, via mast access track from SSE. Not sure whether ground to N or S of mast was higher, GPS suggested latter. | Aye Jimmy | 25/02/2015 |
