As others parked on B road, up lane, followed road around past houses, alongside wall to gate and then into second pasture. Too cold for tennis.PeterD28/11/2021

Frant to Wadhurst stations. Spot height seems to be natural HP. Low electric fence encountered in field to S.Smudge07/11/2021
Parked on B road. Walked up minor road, then left on lane. At the gate for the Lodge, turn right to reach a gate into fields.PGCE30/12/2020
Got lucky. Parked at the big house. Knocked at door but it appears to be unoccupied at present. Easy walk through fields. Extensive views on a lovely morning.Campbell Singer14/10/2020
40-mile, 12-tump bike ride in the High Weald: Wadhurst station - Best Beech Hill - Dewhurst Down - Frant Hill - Saxonbury Hill - Cottage Hill - North Down - Hooksdown - Brightling Obelisk - Darwell Hill - Vinehall Forest - John's Cross Hill - Silver Hill - Robertsbridge station.Mark Jackson03/10/2020
Parked at minor layby about 150 yards up from Railway bridge. Walked back down to enrance to Derhurst Lodge. About 100 yards up the track there is a gate into the field climbing easilly (with a few more trees but no fence) up to the top of the fieldGordonAdshead31/08/2019
Narrow roads here so parked at a dirt pull in on the B road (TQ 6174 3326). Easier than expected as able to stay off of residential land until coming out into a pasture.jonglew20/04/2018
Parked on verge at 61402 33395, down lane a few yards, up drive. Half way up drive skirt gate to enter pasture and easily up to HP.clivevilla17/04/2018
A newly reported Tump to complete East Sussex p30's. Beaten to it by Rob by a few days! I came at it easily along the track from the east leading to summit pasture, passing row of cottages and the big house of Dewhurst Lodge with its walled garden and tennis court. Got a suspicious stare and grudging good morning response from cottage owner on walk back.Chris Pearson24/03/2016
From SW, driveway, gate, pasture; HP in paddock, fairly level. I felt the natural HP is in paddock W of fence; bonfire mound in paddock E of fence may be higher but manmade. Early am, recompleting East Sussex and Section 42 p30sRHW22/03/2016
