1546605/09/2016SD 10826 99943  F: Mossy rocky outcrop, at first sight looks like a flattish cairn under trees. On closer inspection it's very solid, think it's a rocky outcrop.
O: Other contenders: mossy rock at SD 10818 99930 and mossy boulder at SD 10806 99941.

Parked due north where the track to Parkgate begins. Walked back to the start of the track to Cragg Farm and then straight up the steepish climb to the summit. 15 minutes return trip.moorsman10/05/2019
The name is rather an exaggeration. It's ok. From NE. With B and R.jenx27/02/2019
Repeat w Jenx and Bryher. Came in this time across pasture from East, follow old track line. Nr high point easy climb over wall and into the holly trees, choice of two boulders for the 'summit'nordicstar27/02/2019
Roadside verge parking (NY 1063 0007), just room to get the car off the road, bit soggy though. 20m or so along the RoW veered off steeply up the hill. Some rhododendron but not too dense.jonglew09/12/2018
Though I'd finished for the day and nearly missed this one as it's on the fold of the map. Had to climb it though as I was passing, just making the summit before nightfall to end a great weekend.Wycombe Wanderer30/09/2018

Parked at the bend for the entrance to Parkgate. Battled through the woods from the lane on the west side. Returned same way. Solo.bolton28/12/2017

From ne, walked back and used RoW passing W of hill, then short climb thru wood, with RickRHW04/12/2016
First of the day with Rob. Parked at roadside at GR 109001, entrance to Parkgate Farm. Back down lane to FP and lane at GR107999. Direct up through trees and Rhodi to stony summit top. Back down more direct to car through field and gate to lane.nordicstar04/12/2016

Parked to NE by entrance to Parkgate Farm Cottage & caravans. Road to E for 70m, entrance on R, horizontally across pasture to gate into wood. Leafy path up open wood to top, several mossy rocky features. Took summit to be flat mossy 'cairn' under trees; on closer inspection this is very solid and probably a rocky outcrop. Other mossy rocky contenders nearby.Aye Jimmy05/09/2016
