Roadside parking due E. Good track leads up from NS 8138 3630.jonglew01/03/2024
From W, barrier, track then path from NS 81371 36300 to summit. Sunny breezy morningRHW13/10/2023
Parked on road at west at barrier. Foreground and midground approaching bing have been cleared and bulldozed. Mid ground has some holes in ground upto ten feet deep. Tread carefully or pack potholing gear. Good view.colazione15/08/2023
Shame people have to be so untidy and just dump rubbish. Even the road driving here is litteredAndrew Simmons08/04/2023
Part of a 3 mile wander on the old Bogie Line and through the edge of the SSSI Moss, from Coalburn Pool car park.DaveGraham 12/10/2022
From NS 8119 3612. The profile from the M74 can't be ignored.summitsup02/10/2022
Superb views from top. Best not to look around too much while getting there.lordtonult13/08/2022
From partially flooded layby to the West. Fine views from the Top. if anyone is on the lookout for a second hand bath, then look no further..this could be the Plumb Center of S. Lanarkshire. With the F.C.The Captain15/03/2022
Parked in layby beside bing. Fine views from summit.vuirich09/04/2021
Lockdown revist, P due W in dodgy layby, still grotty at the bottom but the bing itself is great.agentmancuso21/02/2021
Pity about the rubbish around the bing but a fine viewpointhillsman15/08/2019
Parked just S of Glaikhead, bing side of road, where track heads to the bing. As noted, lots of rubbish, but a great view from the summit.Minto30/06/2019
Park at entrance. A fine bing. Should put Coalburn on the map.Thearlaichdubh24/12/2018
A spoil tip which nature is reclaiming for a nice amenity hill. It will be even better when they remove and prevent local fly dumping.Topographer5702/09/2018
3000th tump parked small layby south of glaikhead.robertphillips08/02/2018
As Chris. Still a mess at the bottom, but enjoyable on top.agentmancuso04/03/2017
Parked to the WNW then used a direct route to the bing's summit. It still looks an artificial hill to me but it does make a grand view point even on a grey morning.Dugswell228/12/2016
P just S of Glaikhead.chrisbien17/08/2015
