Traverse from the north with John Hopkinson. Hard work, not an early enough start meant abandoned stuff later in afternoon.vegibagger03/03/2024
Boggy path from Glen Sannox round to north ridge, then it took a few attempts to find a way past a series of slippery wet slabs. A steep stretch of heather clutching solved the problem, but it took much longer than expected to reach the top.alda12/10/2023
Glen Sannox horseshoe on clear hot day. Good scrambling up to the Bastion, on to Mullach Buidhe along ridge, North Goatfell, descended to The Saddle, up Cir Mhor, along to Caisteall Abhail, ridge to Witches Step, down gully then along to Suidhe Fearghas.PeterD14/06/2023
19k run : Glen Sannox horseshoe (with a guest appearance from Goatfell).quadbarrel30/05/2022
From Sannox to the foot of Cioch-na h-Oighe. Followed the minor path to its NE flank, where crampons were put on to climb the steep snow, rock and ice to The Bastion. Along the ridge to Mullach Buidhe, North Goatfell and its bigger sister. Returned to Corrie via Meall Breac, then a 3km slog along the road back to Sannox. Great winter conditions made this a wonderful walk.summitter11/02/2022
