Deep fresh snow, very slow going | Capt Malbec | 24/02/2024 |
Climbed with Sandy, Iain and Bruce.

Rainy day with lots of mist. However, amazingly became clear on the summit. Returned and went to Clachaig for a pint before back to Bridge of Orchy for DMC XMAS meal | amcculloch | 09/12/2023 |
Hard work uphill in heat. Midge hell at summit and made a hasty retreat. Skies cleared once I was below summit and made for an enjoyable descent. | langskill | 06/06/2023 |
Solo MTB from Glencoe campsite via Gleann-leac na muidhe track.Creag Bhan and onto summit after leaving MTB at end of track. 26C in Glencoe, very warm. | John Lee | 31/05/2023 |
Meall Lighiche and Sgòr na h-Ulaidh (Walkhighlands route) | hummusg | 19/05/2023 |
From car park at bend on A82 with Moira, Ian Mc and Liz Horton. Burn too high to cross so headed to saddle between Lighiche and Sgur na h-Ulaidh. Returned down North ridge and burn more manageable in afternoon. Good views on way up, cloudy at summit. | ColB | 18/02/2023 |
With Sue from layby on road and cycle track beyond farm then path up glen to cross river and climb N ridge of Meall Lighiche on faint occasional track up steep front to summit. Very warm and returned same way and enjoyed cooling bike ride to start. | Frank | 11/08/2022 |
Weather fair. | MountainMac | 31/07/2022 |
By standard route from N, with Sgorr na h-Ulaidh. Beautiful, warm day with sunny spells. One sudden shower on descent. Found sick ewe and reported but was told shepherd had died. | Rounsfell | 03/06/2022 |
fair and sunny, clear. frosty on tops | TamCollie | 21/11/2021 |

from CP on A82 Clachaig Inn (NN120563 approx.). Track to Glencoe Cottages. With Munro Sgurr na H-Ulaidh and associated tops. Allt na Muidhe no problem to cross after dropping off Meall Lighiche even after two days continuous rain. Crossed at NN 10582 54338 | carole engel | 27/05/2019 |
Run over Sgùrr na h-Ulaidh via Meall an Aodainn and Meall Lighiche from Elleric. | quadbarrel | 11/04/2019 |
From the A82. Allt na Muidhe in spate so continued to near Bealach Easan before crossing. Followed fence posts north west, but very lumpy and rocky in places not helped by sudden very strong gusts. | Owen B | 17/02/2019 |
Cycled up from Achnacon then round of Lighiche and Choise. | Topographer57 | 31/08/2018 |
Easy walk in but hard work up the steep grassy slopes with temperatures in the mid-20s. Return same way. Agree with Gill, the flowers on the north slopes are very good. | milimana | 28/06/2018 |
3-summit walk. Parked at layby on road (7:20) and took track and path up glen; crossed river easily and ascended N ridge of Meall Lighiche - trackless up steep part. Pleasant ridge walk to summit (9:20). Down NW to col with Sg a'Choise. Up to top of ridge and across deer fence then steepening rocky ridge to summit (10:50). Back down ridge to col with Meall Mor, then up broad easy-angled ridge to summit overlooking Glencoe (12:25). Descended E directly to glen; very steep but feasible on route identified earlier from below. No path. Car 13:20. Weather closing in but dry with high cloud and good views with some drizzle later. | dbb | 13/06/2018 |

58th – Solo. From Glencoe village to YH and trail to Signal Rock, cross A82 and follow track along Allt na Muidhe. Break from track SW to gain ridge and follow round to summit, return same way. Clear, warm, dry day, wind picked up on top. | RGibbs | 02/06/2017 |

With Harrison Anne and John (incl Sgor Na h-Ulaidh) | mproudfoot | 16/04/2016 |
Meall Ligiche and Meall an Aodainn from Glen Coe. Started overcast but clouds high, snowed while on top, but brightened on return. Excellent views to Sgurr na h-Ulaidh. | RobertP | 15/04/2016 |
The northern ridge looked a bit too steep for my poor tired legs so went up the choire to the west, which was pleasant. Nice views from top. The North ridge did prove it would have been a bit brutal to climb as I descended it. | Jhimmy | 04/10/2015 |
With john & alastair. Steep. Saw ring ouzel. Mystery walker who vanished. Exciting river crossing. | Veryhappybunny | 04/06/2015 |
From 'Signal Rock' car park up the track. Round of four tops - 1 Corbett, 2 Grahams and 1 Graham top. Mainly ran it on a reasonable day for weather - last for a week. | dickscroop | 30/05/2015 |
WithTess from bend in A82. 7.20am start in warm sunshine. Views hazy to South. Nice summit to myself of course! | niallp | 23/05/2015 |
Solo fr nr Signal Rock; wonderful clear mild conditions, surprisingly rough & steep ascent! Mostly walking, as pelvis had been sore for months; had done a ginger little run that morning, along rd E from expensive old hotel in N Ballachulish where I'd stayed. Superb clear air, views of Aonach Eagach particularly fine. This was a few days w an anticyclone over W Scotland and rain in England! | NorfolkPT21 | 27/08/2014 |

From Coe road, up to track head and pnto Creag Bhan ridge - deep snow. Return same way. Buachille Etive Beag repeat following day lot easier! | nordicstar | 29/11/2008 |
From the A82 near Achnacon & Signal Rock with Shaky. Used the track beside the Allt na Muidhe & then crossed the river by a bridge underneath the N ridge. Fairly brutal ascent over Creag Bhan to the snowy summit. Then continued NW then N to Meall a'Bhuige. Impatient to get to the Clachaig, we ignored Sgorr a'Choise & headed straight for Meall Mor on the grounds that the hill would still be there another day. There again, the same could be said of the Clachaig... Descended the NE slopes of Meall Mor directly to the car. My knees were in good shape before that. | NotReallyABagger | 01/11/2008 |
