Nuttall walk 13.4 but a few changes. Slightly more direct route to Fan Frynych after reading the notice board by the CP. Also visited the Fan Fawr trig point and out and backed Y Gyrn from Storey Arms before walking along the Taff Trail. With RDan Baddeley28/08/2023

From A470 layby for Craig Cerrig-gleisaid. In Mist, solo. Good paths, no navigation issues.forsterfamily702/09/2022
Path round from Craig Cerrig-gleisiad. Descended down into Nant Cwm-du, and along a pleasant track there, however the bridleway after that was stony and rough until it got closer to the road back to the car park to the south. Returning back over the Beacons way higher up, might have been better.LizH02/06/2022
Parked at Beacons Reservoir and hiked up to Fan Fawr then Craig Cerrig-gleisiad and Fan Frynych. Then back to Craig Cerrig-gleisiad and around Fan Fawr on the Beacons Way.SootAndShale22/05/2022

A dull morning with cloud on summits but no rain and wind not a problem. Good paths all the way from picnic site car park. Anti clockwise round of Craig Cerrig-gleisiad and Fan Frynych. Paths meant no route finding problems even in the cloud. A good walk that would have been even more interesting without the cloud.dickscroop30/11/2021

from Craig Cerrig-gleisiad; then back around cliff top and down to A470 and back along road to Storey Arms.IanHHill04/10/2021
Fan Fawr and Fan Llia walk, parked at the Pont ar Daf car park. Not the most stunning scenery, and a bit boggy, but it benefits from a much lower number of people than adjacent Pen Y Fan, and there's a very nice cliffside walk on the Beacons Way up Craig y Fro.JazDisney22/08/2021

Parked in uncrowded layby 1/2 Km west of Storey Arms Centre as car park there over flowing along roadside verge. Seems odd that people planning to haul themselves up to Cribyn can’t manage a few extra yards to park properly. Anyway, I beat a path straight up to summit from Storey Arms, then turned north west to skirt river feeding resevoir. South along Beacons Way brought me to Fan Dringarth and then Fan Llia. North, back along Beacons Way, I detoured briefly to the white trig of Fan Frynych, and then on round to Craig Cerrig-gleisaid. Detour worth it for great views of the crags and Cribyn and Pen y Fan. Continued along Beacons Way to complete this circuit. Sunny, but very windy day.Pete West18/09/2020
