E down to Threshwaite Mouth and up the scree path to Thornthwaite Crag. Out and back to Mardale Ill Bell. 
Down the Gray Crag ridge and back by the Hayeswater track.

Down E to Threshthwaite Mouth and up the scree path to Thornthwaite Beacon. N down the Gray Crag ridge to join the Hayeswater BW back to Hartsop.
