From the forestry parking to the West, up through the forest using firebreaks clearly marked on the 1:25000 map. First to Meall Copagach, then the North Top and then this one where unfortunately there was cloud cover. Descended to forest and same way back. | NormanW | 04/08/2023 |

Parked in car park at 028319. Followed track initially, then up close to Alltan Dubh ( initially mature forest, then firebreak) to reach firebreak with ATV. This leads to gate at the forest edge by the Alltan Dubh. On to N Top and Meall Copagach. | PGCE | 02/07/2021 |

Roadside parking NN 0809 2669. Ninth of 12 hills to complete the Ben Cruachan massif - 22.6km / 11hrs. Finished the walk at NN 0280 3198 where I'd left my bike earlier in the day. | jonglew | 25/08/2019 |
Revisit from the north. Gambled on finding a route down through the trees and for once it paid off. Unlocked gate through deer fence at head of Alltan Dubh then a soft quadbike track all the way down a firebreak to reach the main track 700m south of the car park. | alda | 30/05/2018 |
From western country park car park slow progress through initially felled forest and onto open hillside up to first 311m top then down steeply 60m to stream and up to 651m top and finally up right to this one. | vegibagger | 25/05/2018 |
Made a hash of the ascent line due to mis-remembering the description I had read but did not have with me. Much thrashing through forest. came down a much better line to east of forest (across the stream). In cloud the two lochans are a good guide in locating the summit NB cairn is not ther highest point. | dickscroop | 19/04/2017 |
