From Invergaunan, on Glen Orchy B road. up track for fair way then hard work up north ridge of Beinn Bhreac-liath then over to Beinn Udlaidh. Interesting route through forest to get back to car. Glad it was dry. | PeterD | 07/06/2023 |

Anti-clockwise circuit of Beinn Udlaidh & Beinn Bhreac-liath as per SMC book, with DRC. On ascent, should have turned off track BEFORE gate in deer fence. On descent, no problem with deer fence at NN 29803 35257 - a large section has been blown down. | TRG318 | 12/02/2023 |

Solo clockwise circuit of Beinn Udlaidh and Beinn Bhreac-liath from start of forest track on the B8074. Dawn start to try and escape some of the summer heat, but was still a sweaty slog up the tufted grassy slopes of Beinn Bhreac-liath. Was glad to reach the summit ridge, though views were a bit hazy. Descent from Beinn Bhreac-liath to the bealach a bit rough and steep in places but picked up a faint path up to the summit ridge of Beinn Udlaidh. Descended down the quartzite rock to the river by the forest and followed the (boggy at times) forest track back out to the car. Total time 4h 2mins. | mproudfoot | 21/07/2022 |
Time excludes 40min cycle from top of Glen Orchy to bottom. Cycled down, walked back up over the Graham and two Corbetts. Very hot, sunny day – had to detour a bit for water. Way through trees easy S to N, probably harder N to S. New deer fence had been vandalised, which was helpful. | Rounsfell | 04/06/2022 |

Met Alex McBride at Invergaunan in Glen Orchy we set off to get two Corbetts, Beinn Bhreac-liath (802m) and Beinn Udlaidh (840m).
The boggy ascent up Beinn Bhreac-Liath was interrupted by a newish deer fence with no stile, so we gingerly get over it, which so much fun….
Beinn Udlaidh has a fantastic dyke of quartz (white/grey rock) from the north end of the ridge north east toward Invergaunan.
Thick mist from around 650m upwards, no views on top, 07:10hrs all in. | chillyman8 | 18/04/2021 |

14 miles 3421ft walk, start at By-The-Way Tyndrum, follow West Highland Way to top of hill and cross A82 road, up fence line to Beinn Bheag, Beinn Bhreac-liath and Beinn Udlaidh, down to Coire Sheileach and track down through forest to A82 follow road back to Tyndrum. | stephenbuda | 24/08/2020 |

From the twin Corbett, picking up the faint path across the col. Then back to the col, east along the fence line and then down Coire Chailein back to the car on the A82. The sun had burnt the cloud away by this point and it was very warm. | Owen B | 15/08/2020 |
ACW round from Glen Lochy Farm. An easy ascent via the track onto the shoulder W of Coire Daimh, detouring to Meall Garbh, with excellent views over Beinn na Sroine towards Loch Awe, rejoining the track to Beinn Udlaidh's cairns large and small, steeply down to the bealach and up to Beinn Bhreac-Liath (cairns small and large). BBL's N ridge is a marvellous aerial walkway, underscored by a small planning passing at eye level as it flew below Beinn Dorain. There is a high new deer fence towards the end of the ridge and a potentially awkward descent to Invergaunan - don't cut down much before the end of the ridge or you will encounter concealed crags. A pleasant walk along the B8074 to finish. | Nick Down1 | 08/08/2020 |
