On own. Parking possible at NW end of Beacon Road just past The Old Vicarage where road becomes a track. Easy walk up to summit and trig point then continued on muddy paths past Beacon Farm, over Crank Road to Billinge Hill North Top. No crops on my visit but could be difficult at another time of year. Pleasantly surprised by good views from here. Return along path next to golf course. | Beeliner | 11/03/2019 |
