With M and X. Dropped off at the layby where the Cleveland Way crosses Clay Bank and followed the path over White Hill, Cold Moor and Cringle Moor. Finished at Lordstones cafe SE of Carlton in Cleveland. A really hot day with the only shade at the Wain Stones where we had a cool lunch and M & X enjoyed a bit of bouldering.Herbert Anchovy11/08/2022

Along Cleveland Way from Cold Moor. Glad of the trail running due S to summit, saved any heather bashing. Lunch at the cairn in bright sunshine but cold wind. Headed back down to col then diagonally up to Cold Moor south ridge.agentmancuso11/03/2022

A post-breakfast romp along the Cleveland way from Lordstones, reminiscing about a Lyke Wake walk 35 years earlier. Impressed by the stone pavement walkway.summitter05/07/2021
From Lordstones up well marked route but in the clouds. Mused at viewpoint marker on the way but could seen none of the hills and landmarks mentioned. Have passed nearby a few times before on Lyke Wake walk and Coast to Coast. This time went to HPPeterD30/06/2021
