Day 2 of a 5 day winter backpack in the Shropshire Hills. The weather was starting to threaten at the summit and I was smashed by a prolonged shower on my descent.morgs4mountains20/11/2022
A beautiful autumn afternoon walk up from Marshbrook via Packetstone Hill. Visited a couple of Bronze Age barrows I hadn't been to before. It clouded over before I got to the summit, but was still good to be back after such a long time. Carried on northeast then dropped down to the Cardingmill Valley as it was getting dark, finishing at Church Stretton station.thesweetcheat19/11/2022

4/6 Dewey day. Pole Bank from the carpark on the public road, one km to the north. Good views of hills of Shropshire and SE Wales, as far south as the Black mountains. (S)silveracorn_alan14/08/2021
Walk from car park, very busy, but an extremely easy walk.Pjb10010/08/2021
Walk with JSG and SJH from railway station up Carding Mill and onto the top. Glorious 360 degree views; ponies, red kites, kestrels, gatekeeper butterflies just some of the wildlife observed on a sunny but breezy day ideal for walking. A pint and baguette in the welcoming Kings Arms after a walk along from Little Stretton rounded off an excellent few hours.JOHNS09/08/2021
Bit of a nothingness to be honest. Only a couple hundred metres from a road and the summit has very little incline to it. But ticked off nonetheless in my quest to reach every one in England.jamiequackers08/08/2021
