Did Leith Hill on the same day with my cousin as Black Down. To be honest, very similar too Black Down, the only difference is there is a tower on the Summit. Very friendly county top Surrey, just like West Sussex. | DavidHiner | 30/11/2021 |
A nice ascent from Holmwood via Coldharbour Common. On mainly forested paths but with occasional, attractive views to the south, with Horsham visible in the distance. Views from the summit are very nice (the forest to the north and farmland to the south), though unfortunately the tower was closed and tall trees restrict the view to the east and west. | hillbagger91 | 23/11/2021 |

Short wander up from the car park at TQ131432. Summit not especially obvious; the Tower is the main event of course. Slightly misty but the views were still grand. Incredibly busy (so many young families in extremely posh coats!) so I didn't hang around too long. Got back to the car just in time for the mid-morning chaos in the car park! (i.e. avoid that car park unless you're getting there early...) | jkl | 22/11/2020 |
