Great views. Midges down at the parking spot at the green hut were horrendous.hillsman27/08/2022
Straightforward up from the P to the N. On to Tarmachan.sclater10/07/2022
With Sclater. We parked at the cairn, at the end of the reservoir, and up this Tump, then Meall nan Tarmachan, and down via Meall nan Tarmachan South Top. Brilliant sunny day.Missphoton10/07/2022
Parked as for Meall Corranaich. Cross the boggy bit to the fenceline, cross a stile and climb the hill inside the electric fence. Not the way i went up, but i came back this way and its easier with a clear path. Fantastic viewpoint. Went on to MNT.hils15/10/2021

Heading for HHB 5845bertbarnett12317/03/2021
We were heading to Glen Lyon but the Ben Lawers road was closed by snow and ice, so Plan B on a cloudless, near windless winter day. Slid into the lower Lawers car park and took the footpath to Meall nan Tarmachan South Top. Then rather than head up to the main summit we followed a snow-bound fence line to the East top, then onwards to the NE Top and Creag an Lochain. The fence line continued to the road which gave a traffic free stroll back to the car.summitter23/01/2021
From the N, parked at the locked Bothy & headed up the ridge & then long the fence line. Summit in mist, with occasional views over to Meall Corranaich. Meall nan Tarmachan & the ridge next.DanMaisieBex27/10/2020

Up Meall nan Tarmachan with two of the grandchildren - Callum aged 10 and Elspeth aged 8 plus Walter and Janet- then down ridge to north over Creag nan Lochain to road. Some steep wetgrass on descent but the children managed fine though I managed to slip and get a wet bum! Children's second Munro.dickscroop04/09/2016

Backpacking w CMH. After camping high in Lairig Luaidhe, around NN535407, did Oighreag then on to Tarmachans. Dry and windy, with some slightly hazy sunshine breaking through the white clouds, some lovely autumnal views. Descended NNE and across road and (me very tired!) around ridge and up valley to camp NN615426.NorfolkPT2125/10/2007
