Started from Pass of Glencoe viewing point car park then up Coire nan Lochan. Broke off to right NE of Pinnacle Buttress to pick up this Sim on the way to MT Stob Coire nan Lochan. Incorrectly went to HP within 880m contour ring at NN15147 55983 first but was rewarded with excellent view of Loch Leven towards Ballaculish bridge, before going on to summit marked by a cairn.mntainman26/08/2020

With Dad, DW & SL. This summit is WELL worth including on a Bidean nam Bian circuit, especially for its views of the Aonach Eagach and down into Glen Coe. Don't miss it out!AGWilliamson09/06/2013

With party from CHA Guest House, Onich. From Achtriochtan. After a struggle crossed the swollen River Coe. We went up the route via Ossian’s Cave to Stob Coire nam Lochan. Some of us attempted to climb into the cave itself but it was too wet and slimy. Continued to the top of Bidean nam Bian and then Stob Coire Sgreamhach. At the Col between these two about half the party descended scree to the Hidden Valley. The rest of us continued to the tops of Beinn Fhada before descending to the Hidden Valley.pwbellarby01/09/1970
