10am, 11 degrees, overcast but increasingly bright. Via Beinn Bhuide. On to Beinn Fhada via all tops. Impressive scenery, especially the Five Sisters from the less seen side, and good ridge walking. Best walk of the trip so far. Returned same route. 18km, 1400m of ascent, 5.5 hours, savouring, not hurrying. | Wycombe Wanderer | 28/05/2023 |

Debs & Tali. Bienn Fhada and west along the ridge. Only obstacle was the 15-20 m easy scramble up, Tali just needed a little assist. (harness and a 2 metre lead did the trick) | Mountain Goat | 07/05/2019 |

Solo fr Morvich via A' Ghlas Bheinn, Sg Gaorsaic & summit of Fhada. Glorious clear early-evening now. Traverse of these final tops was time-consuming but enjoyable; a late return was now certain. Finally back to car and tent but R knee a bit sore after long descent, and next day I drove S to Abington despite continuing fair weather. (Knee sore for a couple of weeks.) | NorfolkPT21 | 17/07/2017 |

With two friends. From Morvich outdoor Centre. We walked up Beinn Bhuidhe. Then went over Faradh Nighean Fhearchair and Sgurr a' Choire Ghaibh with several ups and downs. The only slightly awkward bit was the steep descent on some slabs. We reached Meall an Fhuarain Mhòir (956m) and then to the main summit of Beinn Fhada. We descended NW to reach path as it passes top part of Allt Coire an Sgàirne. Clear and dry initially. We went into mist up Beinn Bhuidhe, but came out of it so that traversing the various tops was done in bright sunshine with much cloud below us. | pwbellarby | 09/05/2004 |

A' Ghlas-bheinn, Beinn Fhada and tops, linking the 2 Irvine Butterfield routes | RHW | 09/05/1989 |
Alone. From Innis a’ Chròtha. Over Faradh Nighean Fhearchair, Sgurr a’ Choire Ghairbh (interesting scramble on SE side), and Meall an Fhuarain Mhor to Beinn Fhada. Went on to Sgurr a’ Dubh Doire. I descended via Corie an t-Siosalaich and past Loch a’ Bhealaich. Just short of the top of Bealach na Sgairne went up the path to the north and then over many bumps to A’ Ghlas-bheinn. I descended the west ridge and had a bivvy halfway down. Much mist on the tops. The next day I descended to Innis a’ Chròtha. | pwbellarby | 12/10/1985 |
